Often in my career I've been hired strictly to handle programming websites that others have previously designed. I'm happy to fill the role. I've done everything from slicing up designer's .psd's for basic HTML templates to building entire customized data-driven e-commerce solutions based on designers' visual specs.
I like to think there isn't anything beyond possible when it comes to programming... some things just take longer to work out than others.
